Version:<\/strong> 1.0 The Challenge is organized by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n HEYSHARE SRL<\/strong> (Hereinafter: the \u201cOrganizer\u201d, \u201cHEYSHARE\u201d, \u201cShareAI\u201d)<\/p>\n\n\n\n The purpose of the Challenge is to encourage builders to integrate ShareAI as an AI provider option in open-source or BYO-provider (provider-agnostic) products and to promote real usage and public proof of shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Start:<\/strong> Feb 9, 2026 The Organizer may adjust dates in accordance with Section 14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Total prize pool:<\/strong> \u20ac3,000 delivered as ShareAI customer coupon codes<\/strong>, split as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a0<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Prize form:<\/strong> Coupon codes redeemable inside ShareAI on a selected set of models. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Winners are selected across three categories:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Place 1 \u2014 Highest referred usage<\/strong> <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Place 2 \u2014 Most viral \u201cWe shipped ShareAI\u201d post<\/strong> <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Place 3 \u2014 Most viral \u201cShareAI + ShareAI Connect\u201d post<\/strong> <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Organizer may request reasonable proof, including screenshots, demo links, repo links, release notes, integration footage, public post URLs, and confirmation that the integration and usage are legitimate. Failure to provide requested proof may result in disqualification.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n All valid Participants who register for the Challenge receive Early Access to ShareAI Connect around the end of March, subject to eligibility checks, program capacity, and acceptance of separate ShareAI Connect terms when provided.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Any attempt to manipulate or defraud the Challenge\u2014including fake signups, incentivized engagement manipulation, bot traffic, laundering usage, misrepresentation, or any unlawful act\u2014may result in immediate disqualification, permanent ban from ShareAI services and programs, and loss of eligibility for any prizes or benefits, including retroactive denial of any rewards tied to the Challenge. The Organizer\u2019s determination of fraud\/abuse is final, to the maximum extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting, or legal obligations that may apply in their jurisdiction relating to receiving prizes or benefits.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n By participating, you grant the Organizer a non-exclusive right to reference your company\/project name, product name, and any logos or integration materials you provide for the purpose of announcing winners, showcasing integrations, and marketing the Challenge. You represent that you have the rights to provide such materials.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Organizer reserves the right to update these Terms, modify rules, prizes, selection criteria, timelines, or mechanics, or suspend\/cancel the Challenge at any time, including without prior notice, where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, security, or anti-fraud reasons. The version published on the landing page is the controlling version.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Challenge shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. The Participant with the most viral public post announcing ShareAI is now available inside their product. The Organizer considers engagement metrics such as views, likes, reposts\/shares, comments, and contextual relevance.<\/p>\n
