ShareAI at How to Web 2025 — with BRD – Groupe Société Générale’s Startup Showcase

ShareAI at How to Web is official! We’re thrilled to attend How to Web Conference 2025 in Bucharest under the patronage of BRD – Groupe Société Générale and to meet every curious founder, builder, and investor onsite. The conference runs October 1–2 and gathers standout teams across the region.
On Day 2 (Thursday, October 2), join us on the Startup Stage, 12:20–1:00 PM for a live pitch on how ShareAI helps teams ship faster and pay less for AI—without lock-in. We’ll also share how we got here, from last year’s experiments to today’s product momentum.
We’re headed to How to Web 2025 under the patronage of BRD – Groupe Société Générale
How to Web is one of Eastern Europe’s leading events for startups and technology. As part of the conference’s startup lineup, BRD – Groupe Société Générale powers the Startup Showcase—spotlighting high-potential teams and connecting founders with investors and partners. We’re honored to participate under BRD’s patronage and to showcase how ShareAI drives practical efficiency in real-world AI adoption.
If you’re attending, add ShareAI at How to Web to your must-see list and swing by our Startup Stage session on October 2, that take place between 12:20 and 1:00 PM—we’d love your questions after the pitch.
Come see our pitch — Day 2, Startup Stage, 12:20–1:00 PM (Thu, Oct 2)
What to expect:
- Core value: one API across many providers and 150+ models, with smart routing that balances cost, latency, and reliability—so your team can move fast without rewriting code every time the model or provider changes. Explore the Model Marketplace.
- Live demo: creating, testing, and promoting a policy that routes traffic across providers based on price/latency targets. Spin up tests in the Playground.
- Q&A: real talk on trade-offs, token costs, timeouts, fallbacks, and how to evaluate “value per output,” not just raw $/1k tokens.
From HeyDo to ShareAI — solving the “AI inference cost” wall
Last year we brought HeyDo to How to Web. The feedback was fantastic—especially on multi-step agentic workflows that chained several model calls for reasoning, tools, and verification. But we kept hitting the same blocker: inference costs ballooned as we scaled real-world tasks. Complex prompts, retries, and orchestration multiplied tokens and time; switching providers to save money meant rewrites and regressions; and handling failover added yet more code.
In early summer 2024, we made a call: instead of band-aids, build a cost-first layer. We embedded ShareAI module inside HeyDo to do three things well:
- Optimize per-call economics — minimize tokens and latency without losing output quality.
- Abstract provider differences — route across many providers and model SKUs with one API.
- Automate resilience — retry/failover smartly, with policy-based governance.
That internal module kept growing—until it became the product. Today, ShareAI at How to Web is our chance to show you how that evolution translates into real savings and more reliable outputs, whether you’re shipping a consumer app, a B2B assistant, or an internal copilots suite. We’ll also bring a team photo from last year to mark the journey from HeyDo to ShareAI’s platform—same builder energy, sharper focus.

What ShareAI will showcase at How to Web
One API, many providers (150+ models) — no rewrites, no lock-in
Stop stitching per-provider SDKs. With ShareAI, you call one endpoint and compose policies that choose the best model for each job—then update those policies as prices, benchmarks, and availability change. Your app code stays the same while the routing layer keeps improving. Browse Models and follow Releases.
Fair economics & transparency
We surface live marketplace signals—price ranges, p95 latency, historical uptime—and let you enforce caps per environment or feature. You see the true unit economics per flow (not just $/1k tokens), so product owners, finance, and data teams can align on targets. Start with the Docs.
Fast start for builders
Test ideas in the Playground, export working snippets, then use the SDKs or plain HTTP. A small team can ship an MVP in hours, not weeks—without guessing which model/provider to bet on day one.
For providers & prosumers: help power ShareAI’s network
ShareAI at How to Web isn’t just for app builders—it’s also a chance for compute providers (companies or community members) to plug capacity into the network.
- Who can provide: companies, indie operators, and community labs with GPUs or specialized accelerators; installers available for Windows and for Ubuntu, macOS, and Docker soon to follow. Read the Provider Guide.
- Incentives:
Rewards (earn credits for powering the network),
Exchange (turn idle compute into AI spend),
Mission (donate a portion to vetted NGO causes). - Perks as you scale: pricing control, tiered exposure, featured placement for high-reliability nodes. Manage devices in the Provider Dashboard.

Why this matters now: the economics of AI in 2025
AI is moving from prototypes to production. Most teams we meet want three things: predictable costs, operational resilience, and freedom to upgrade. That’s exactly what we designed ShareAI for. You keep your product focus—we keep the model market honest with transparent signals, better defaults, and guardrails you control.
If you’re already running agents, RAG, or evaluation loops, bring a real workload (prompt, budget, latency target). We’ll walk through a policy together and compare current runs vs. ShareAI routing.
