One ShareAI account. Separate balances for you and your organizations.

Your Wallet. Your rules.

Connected doesn’t mean
out of your hands.

Choose what an app can spend on AI. Keep an eye on its access. Make a change whenever you need.

01 Monthly limits

Give every app
a monthly limit.

Set a monthly AI spending limit for each connected app. When it’s reached, the app can’t start new AI requests using that Wallet.

The limit covers AI usage and the app’s AI surcharge. Purchases and subscriptions are confirmed separately.

  • The right people, with the right roles.

Invite members, assign roles and remove or suspend access when someone leaves.

  • Wallet approvals stay with your admins.

Only an organization owner or admin can authorize payments from its Wallet.

You stay in control

Connect. Confirm. Manage.

Start in your app

Look for Pay with ShareAI Wallet. Choose your plan and the account you want to use, review the access, then connect. Connecting does not complete a purchase.

Connecting your Wallet

Confirm the payment

ShareAI shows a separate payment screen. Check the app, account and amount before choosing Confirm payment. Each subscription renewal asks for confirmation.

Paying with your Wallet

Manage it in Billing

Open Billing → Subscriptions & Commitments in the same account. Review the app, set a monthly AI limit or disconnect. Fixed purchases and subscriptions are separate from the AI limit.

A few useful answers

Before you connect.

Can I use my Wallet in any app?

Look for an app that supports ShareAI Wallet. The Marketplace lists published apps with supported Wallet features. Each app has its own features and terms.

Does signing in approve a payment?

Signing in identifies you. Connecting an app lets it use the access and AI plan you approve. A product or subscription payment has its own Confirm payment screen.

Can I choose a spending limit?

Yes. In Billing → Subscriptions & Commitments, open the app and choose Set monthly limit or Edit limit. This limit covers AI usage for that app. Fixed subscriptions and separately confirmed purchases are outside it.

How do I stop a subscription or connection?

Each subscription renewal needs your payment confirmation. To stop paying for another period, do not confirm its renewal. To remove the app’s access as well, open its connection in Billing and choose Disconnect. Earlier usage and payments stay in your history.
