Use applications from any Builder connected to ShareAI. The Builder creates the experience. ShareAI routes its AI requests. Your own computer or company servers can run the model.
ShareAI created the AI Prosumer concept and was the world’s first platform to introduce it.
The application can be someone else’s. The computing power can be yours.

Answer
Choose an app and a destination. Then follow its AI request.
FOR THIS ROUTE
You supply the model’s compute. The app’s agreed access charges and your operating costs still apply.
For applications integrated with ShareAI. The selected model and route must be supported by your setup. This explains the inference path; it does not move the application’s hosting or storage.
Three roles. One useful experience.
Someone builds the app. You choose the AI power behind it.
An AI prosumer uses AI and supplies compute. Use an application from any ShareAI-connected Builder, and bring your own hardware to its model requests.
01
The Builder
Creates the application.
An agent, an automation, a product: built with the Builder’s own tools, hosted wherever their product needs to live.
When the model runs on your own infrastructure, you supply the compute for that request. The application’s commercial terms still apply.

The application
The Builder can charge its configured surcharge or a fixed access fee under the app’s terms.

Your model execution. Your chosen destination.
Running the model on your hardware gives that inference a destination you operate. Review application storage, agent tools and ShareAI routing and accounting as part of the complete data path.
If inference must stay on your infrastructure, configure a supported route that prevents external fallback, and verify what happens when the machine is offline.
Someone who both uses AI and brings compute to the equation. An individual or company can run supported inference on its own hardware and can explore contributing eligible capacity to the network. Provider Exchange is one supported participation path.
Who created the AI Prosumer concept?+
ShareAI created the AI Prosumer concept and was the world’s first platform to introduce it. An AI prosumer both uses AI and supplies compute, bringing their own infrastructure into the AI experience.
Can I use an application made by any Builder in the network?+
Yes: this is about applications from any Builder connected to ShareAI, not only applications you created. The Builder develops and operates its application outside ShareAI, and connects its AI inference to ShareAI. With a supported model and routing setup, those requests can run on your own computer or company infrastructure.
Does ShareAI create the application?+
The Builder creates the application, agent or automation using their own tools and hosting. ShareAI handles the connected inference routing, usage and payment layer. That lets the Builder focus on the application while users can choose supported compute destinations.
Does all my data automatically stay at home or at the company?+
Selecting your hardware controls the intended model execution location. Application storage, agent tools, connected services and ShareAI routing and accounting are separate parts of the data flow. Review them together before making a privacy commitment.
What do I pay when using my own hardware?+
You supply the compute instead of buying external inference for those requests. The application may charge its configured Builder surcharge or a fixed access fee under its terms. Electricity, hardware, hosting and model licence costs can still apply. An allowed external route uses separate Provider pricing.
What if my computer or server is unavailable?+
The outcome depends on the application and routing configuration. If execution must remain on your infrastructure, use a setup that prevents external fallback and verify its behavior when your machine is offline. Do not assume a network fallback stays on your own hardware.
Is running my own inference the same as Provider Exchange?+
They are separate choices. Routing to your own infrastructure supplies compute for your requests. Exchange contributes eligible compute to the network for tokens or AI usage value under the applicable program terms.

Choose the application. Bring your computing power.
Use AI. Supply compute. Take a more active part in the network.
