Set up Creator Remote Access

Creator Remote Access lets your backend manage permitted catalog resources for the selected Creator. Use it to automate model metadata and tags while keeping credentials and ownership boundaries explicit.

1. Open the correct Creator workspace in Console.
2. Enable Remote Access and create a named token for the integration.
3. Store the creator UUID and token in the backend secret store.
4. Call the Creator summary and collection list to verify the owning identity.
5. Enable writes only for the model operations the integration needs.

Understand the scopes#

Collection reads and writes use creator_collections:read and creator_collections:write. Model reads and writes use creator_models:read and creator_models:write. Creating a package requires both write scopes.

Keep review in the publication workflow#

Catalog access does not approve a model, create an unrestricted serving right or unlock a commercial method outside the program. Check the effective state in Console after automated changes.

Retire credentials#

Revoke tokens when integrations are retired. Use separate named tokens so one integration can be replaced without disrupting others. Never embed a management credential in a public model description or downloadable file.
