Understand and claim a creator profile

Learn why a ShareAI creator profile may be unclaimed and how to request verified association with your organization.

ShareAI can publish a creator profile and associate existing models using reviewed public authorship information before the creator joins the network. The creator tag identifies that author; the providers serving those models remain separate.

What unclaimed means#

Unclaimed attribution is a public catalog record. It does not create a verified company account, establish legal ownership or activate fees, royalties or payment access.

Request verification#

  1. Open Support from your ShareAI account.
  2. Include your organization, its official website, the creator profile and the model identifiers concerned.
  3. Explain your relationship to the published models and provide evidence the team can verify.
  4. Wait for ShareAI’s review and account-assignment instructions.

There is no automatic public claim endpoint. ShareAI reviews the evidence and uses its account-assignment workflow. A matching display name alone does not establish a claim.

After association#

The associated creator can view the model’s available statistics. Existing license and publication protections stay in effect. Name and description proposals follow the protected-model review workflow.

Logos and corrections#

Profiles use a verified published logo where one is available. Otherwise the creator name is shown. Request attribution or logo corrections through Support with an official source; do not substitute a provider logo for the creator’s logo.
