Campaign name: ShareAI Builder Challenge (“Challenge”)
1) Organizer

(Hereinafter: the “Organizer”, “HEYSHARE”, “ShareAI”)
2) Purpose
The purpose of the Challenge is to encourage builders to integrate ShareAI as an AI provider option in open-source or BYO-provider (provider-agnostic) products and to promote real usage and public proof of shipping.
3) Definitions
- ShareAI: the decentralized AI network and related services operated by the Organizer.
- ShareAI Console: the platform available at console.shareai.now (or successor URLs).
- Participant: an individual or company registering for the Challenge.
- Referrer ID / Ref Link: the unique identifier/link assigned to a Participant used for attributing referred user signups and usage.
- Referred Users: users who create accounts via a Participant’s Ref Link and consume ShareAI usage.
- Coupon Codes / Coupons: ShareAI coupon codes redeemable inside ShareAI, issued as prizes, usable on a selected set of models, valid for 30 days from delivery.
4) Eligibility
- Participation is open worldwide unless prohibited by local law.
- The Challenge is intended for:
- open-source products, and/or
- products that allow customers to choose their own AI provider (BYO-provider / provider-agnostic).
- Participants must provide accurate registration details (company/project name, product name, full name, work email, website/repo).
- The Organizer may refuse participation or disqualify any Participant at its sole discretion, including for suspected fraud or abuse.
5) Challenge Period
Start: Feb 9, 2026
End/Deadline: Feb 22, 2026, 00:00 (GMT+2 / Romania time)
The Organizer may adjust dates in accordance with Section 14.
6) How to Participate
- Submit the registration form on the Challenge landing page.
- Receive and follow the email instructions to create a ShareAI Builder Account and obtain your Referrer ID, documentation, brand assets, and relevant materials.
- Integrate ShareAI in your product as a provider option.
- Share your Ref Link so users can register and be automatically attributed to you.
7) Prize Pool
Total prize pool: €3,000 delivered as ShareAI customer coupon codes, split as:
- 1st Place: €1,500 coupon value
- 2nd Place: €1,000 coupon value
- 3rd Place: €500 coupon value
Prize form: Coupon codes redeemable inside ShareAI on a selected set of models.
Coupon denominations: €1 / €5 / €10 / €20.
Validity: Coupon codes are valid 30 days from delivery.
Non-cash: Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the Organizer.
8) Winner Selection
Winners are selected across three categories:
Place 1 — Highest referred usage
The Participant whose referred users generate the highest ShareAI usage during the Challenge period (as measured by ShareAI systems for accounts created via the Ref Link).
Place 2 — Most viral “We shipped ShareAI” post
The Participant with the most viral public post announcing ShareAI is now available inside their product. The Organizer considers engagement metrics such as views, likes, reposts/shares, comments, and contextual relevance.
Place 3 — Most viral “ShareAI + ShareAI Connect” post
The Participant with the most viral public post explaining both: (a) ShareAI being added in the product, and (b) ShareAI Connect and its builder revenue model (subject to separate program terms).
9) Proof & Verification
The Organizer may request reasonable proof, including screenshots, demo links, repo links, release notes, integration footage, public post URLs, and confirmation that the integration and usage are legitimate. Failure to provide requested proof may result in disqualification.
10) Early Access to ShareAI Connect
All valid Participants who register for the Challenge receive Early Access to ShareAI Connect around the end of March, subject to eligibility checks, program capacity, and acceptance of separate ShareAI Connect terms when provided.
11) Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification
Any attempt to manipulate or defraud the Challenge—including fake signups, incentivized engagement manipulation, bot traffic, laundering usage, misrepresentation, or any unlawful act—may result in immediate disqualification, permanent ban from ShareAI services and programs, and loss of eligibility for any prizes or benefits, including retroactive denial of any rewards tied to the Challenge. The Organizer’s determination of fraud/abuse is final, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12) Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting, or legal obligations that may apply in their jurisdiction relating to receiving prizes or benefits.
13) Publicity
By participating, you grant the Organizer a non-exclusive right to reference your company/project name, product name, and any logos or integration materials you provide for the purpose of announcing winners, showcasing integrations, and marketing the Challenge. You represent that you have the rights to provide such materials.
14) Changes, Updates, and Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to update these Terms, modify rules, prizes, selection criteria, timelines, or mechanics, or suspend/cancel the Challenge at any time, including without prior notice, where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, security, or anti-fraud reasons. The version published on the landing page is the controlling version.
15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Challenge shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Timiș County, Romania, and jurisdiction is assigned to Judecătoria Timiș.
