An accepted tier covers ShareAI’s actual percentage fee on your Builder markup and billable Gateway ingestion together. For example, a €1,000 tier supports up to €1,000 of these combined fees each calendar month (UTC), within your approved validity.
Underlying model usage is paid separately. Your allowance is measured in actual ShareAI fees, not Builder markup, application revenue or AI credits.

Set your own markup on connected AI usage. Customers pay the model cost plus your agreed markup. Your Startup allowance covers ShareAI’s percentage fee on that markup and billable Event Ingestion from the same monthly budget.
Cash payouts are available to validated company accounts after the applicable 45-day review period.

Creator deployment and infrastructure-maintenance fee waivers are reserved for eligible startups coming through an ecosystem partner. They are not included in a direct startup application.

A monthly allowance that grows with your startup.
Each amount is a shared monthly allowance for actual ShareAI fees: the percentage fee on Builder markup plus billable Event Ingestion. It is not a separate free-ingest quota, free inference credit or a revenue requirement.
Launch has no minimum revenue, active-user or new-registration requirement. Growth and higher tiers require all three monthly thresholds, plus the required integration and badge checks. Beyond has a tailored allowance agreed with ShareAI.

Do I need to belong to an ecosystem partner?
No. Eligible startups can apply directly. Free founder mentorship, introductions, founder speaking sessions, partner-level extras and Creator fee waivers belong to confirmed ecosystem partnerships and are arranged separately.
Does the allowance make AI models free?
No. Underlying model usage is billed separately. Your approved monthly tier covers actual ShareAI markup fees and billable ingestion together. The standard account allowance of 1,000 free Gateway events each month still applies before ingestion fees use your Startup budget.
Can I apply before my product is live?
A working product or launch-ready beta is enough to start the review. Describe the workflow and enter 0 for traction metrics you do not have yet. Acceptance and activation are confirmed individually.
When can I use the program badge?
Use the official badge after confirmed acceptance. It is optional at Launch and Growth: a verified badge visible in your website footer adds €500 to your monthly ShareAI fee allowance. It is required at Momentum and Beyond. ShareAI checks the badge weekly and reviews suspected evasion. Confirmed violations may lead to loss of the badge bonus, a lower eligible tier, removal from the Startup Program and/or withdrawal of the Marketplace listing, under the accepted program terms.
