Configure your provider profile
Set the provider’s organization identity, public policies and operating details in ShareAI Console and verify the public profile.
On this page
Provider settings describe the organization or account operating the compute. Keep these details aligned with how you actually operate; users may rely on them when selecting a provider.
Organization identity#
For an organization provider, keep the organization name, logo and country up to date in Account → Organization details. The public provider identity uses the linked organization. The provider tag remains a routing identifier and can differ from the display name.
Policies and locations#
Complete the available training-on-prompts, retention and policy-link fields accurately. Distinguish organization headquarters from the actual GPU cluster or datacenter locations. Do not use a headquarters address as a substitute for the location of compute.
Verify the public result#
- Save the relevant organization and provider settings.
- Open your public provider entry from Provider Directory.
- Check the name, logo, headquarters, policy links and listed locations.
- Verify the values again after synchronization if the public page has not updated yet.
Remote access#
Keep remote credentials in a secret store and give each integration a recognizable token name. Provider Remote Access enables account-level automation. Device Remote Control must also be configured for individual device commands.
