Understand customers, payments and AI earnings
Explore customer spending, model costs, subscription payments and Builder earnings without exposing private account IDs.
On this page
Analytics separates Overview, Network jobs, Models, Earnings, Payments and AI usage plans. Network totals include recorded jobs attributed to the application, including authorized customer usage. A linked API key alone does not create a surcharge agreement.
Customer details#
Open Customers → View. Choose dates and minimum or maximum cost to inspect total customer spending, AI network cost, surcharge and product/subscription payments. Filters apply to individual jobs or payments in the selected UTC period. The default range is 30 days and each query is bounded to one year.
Job rows show model, input tokens and cost, output tokens and cost, cache cost, surcharge and total. Payment rows show the purchase, state, amount and paid-until date. Missing historic cost components are shown as not recorded, not invented.
Earnings and release#
The Builder fee applies only to AI surcharge earnings. Product and subscription payments are recorded separately. Earnings remain pending during the 45-day review period; released amounts appear as available in the Builder wallet. Account-specific cash-out or inference-value rules still apply.
Only the client-scoped customer ID, display name, actor type and relevant organization name are shown. Prompts, responses and global account IDs are not included. Customer identity guide.
