Your login identifies you. The active workspace identifies the account you are acting for. A personal workspace and an organization have separate resources and billing contexts.

Before creating or approving anything#

  1. Open the workspace selector in Console.
  2. Choose your personal account or the intended organization.
  3. Reopen the target section and check its workspace context.
  4. Before accepting a quote or application permission, read the account named on the review screen.

What belongs to the workspace#

  • API keys and the usage they authorize.
  • Purchased credits, grants and their conditions.
  • Application or client-work agreements accepted for that account.
  • Program resources such as provider devices, Builder applications or Creator collections.

Organization permissions#

Your organization role determines the actions available. For client-work quotes, organization Owners and Admins can decide. Being able to view a workspace does not automatically allow you to approve spending or manage program settings.

If something appears missing#

Check the workspace first, then the page filters and your organization role. Do not create duplicate keys, purchases or program applications merely because you opened the wrong account.

Continue#

Review client work explains the workspace confirmation before an invitation is accepted.
