Filter usage by application or client work
Find ShareAI consumption for applications, automations, one-time work, custom work and direct API usage, with the correct environment and account.
On this page
Source filters help connect consumption to the integration that generated it. The selected workspace remains the billing boundary even when the source is an application owned by someone else.

Find one integration#
- Open Usage for the workspace that paid for the requests.
- Choose a source type: Applications, Automations, One-time work, Custom work or Direct API usage.
- When available, choose the specific application or work and its environment.
- Set the period, consumption type and optional model/tag filters.
- Refresh, then open resource analytics if the page offers that link.
Staging and Production#
For Builder client work, Staging usage is billed to the Builder with no client surcharge. Approved Production usage is billed to the client under the accepted terms. A client should not expect the Builder’s Staging usage in the client workspace.
Older usage#
Use All sources or Unattributed / older usage when requests predate source attribution. A missing application label is not proof that the request is missing from the account total.
Compare the same selection#
Keep the workspace, source, environment, period and consumption type identical when comparing figures. Remove filters one at a time to find which boundary excludes a request.
