Use credit grants and promotions

Credit grants are awarded or promotional credits. A top-up offer describes a bonus you may receive after meeting its conditions. Read the individual entry before deciding which requests it can fund.

Inspect a grant#

1. Open Billing → Credit grants.
2. Use Active for current grants and offers, or History for past entries.
3. Open the entry to read its available amount, expiry, permitted providers and models.
4. For a top-up offer, check the minimum purchase and maximum bonus before buying credits.

Activate a code#

1. Select Activate a code.
2. Enter the code, or review a code prefilled from a claim link.
3. Submit the activation once and read the result.
4. Open the updated grants list and verify whether you received an active grant or a conditional offer.

Know what can be spent#

Active grant credits can contribute to the available balance, subject to their scope. Pending offers are excluded from that spendable total. Purchased credits and any awarded bonus remain separate entries; a displayed multiplier is not a guarantee that every purchase qualifies.

If activation fails#

Check the exact code, active workspace, eligibility and expiry. Read any retry delay or attempt limit shown in the dialog. An expired, exhausted or ineligible code should not be retried indefinitely.

Before your next request#

Verify that the intended model and provider match the grant. If they do not, the request may need other eligible credits or fail the relevant access/balance check.
