Manage your profile and account security

Find the current ShareAI Settings pages, update your personal profile and use the security controls available for your account.

Open Settings from the Console navigation to manage your personal profile or the selected organization. Check the account context before saving changes.

The current Settings interface separates profile details from Security. Account-specific values are hidden.

Update your profile#

Choose your personal workspace and open Settings.
Open Personal details.
Update the supported name fields or profile picture.
Select Save changes, then confirm the result after reloading.

Review security#

Open Security and use the controls available there, such as changing your password. Follow the current-password and confirmation requirements shown by the form. A changed profile name does not rotate API keys or revoke application permissions.

Two-factor authentication#

Open the Two-Factor Authentication tab under Security and follow the setup and verification steps shown for your account. Keep recovery information private and store it somewhere you can reach if you lose access to your usual device.

Organizations#

Organization profile and security controls depend on your role. Use the correct workspace and the authorized organization settings rather than changing your personal profile to represent a company.

If access may be compromised#

Use the appropriate account security controls and review affected API keys and application/work authorizations separately. Contact support through the official Console route when you cannot access the account. Never send a password, API key or payment-card details in a support message.
