Set a low-balance notification
Choose and save a ShareAI low-balance alert, understand its percentage-based threshold and review it after your credit balance changes.
On this page
A low-balance notification helps you notice when available credits fall below a saved level. It does not buy credits or change the amount an application is authorized to spend.

Configure the alert#
- Open Billing → Overview → Notifications.
- Wait for the current available balance to load.
- Turn on Notify me when my balance is low.
- Choose a Notification level and read the exact threshold preview.
- Select Save notification and check the saved confirmation.
What the percentage means#
The percentage is used to calculate a credit threshold from the balance shown when you save. For example, 25% of a current 100-credit balance gives a 25-credit alert level. Read the saved absolute threshold when reopening the dialog; do not assume it continually follows a changing balance.
Grants and promotions#
The dialog includes available grants and promotions in its current balance. Grant restrictions can still limit which requests they cover, so use the award details when deciding whether an application has enough eligible credits.
Change or turn off the alert#
Reopen Notifications, change the level or switch the alert off, then save. If the balance cannot load, retry before assuming your change was saved. With no positive balance, an enabled percentage-based alert may not be savable.
After a purchase#
The Add credits dialog can also offer notification setup. Review the saved notification after the purchase instead of assuming it is a new recurring payment or an automatic top-up.
