Buy credits for your workspace

Choose a ShareAI credit amount, review the checkout details and verify the completed purchase and credited allocation in the correct workspace.

Buy credits in the workspace that will use them. Before continuing to payment, check the amount, account details and any applicable promotion or notification choices.

Make a purchase#

Open Billing → Overview and select Buy credits.
Enter an amount within the limits displayed in the dialog.
Review low-balance notification options. Existing saved notifications may already be active.
Continue to checkout and confirm the billing workspace, amount, payment details and any taxes shown there.
Complete payment once, then return to the receipt or Billing to verify the outcome.

Confirm the result#

Check the order status in Invoice history and the allocation under Billing → Overview. Opening checkout or entering an amount does not itself prove that payment succeeded or credits were applied.

When an offer requires a top-up#

Read the minimum purchase, bonus cap, expiration and account conditions in Credit grants before paying. After a qualifying purchase, verify the awarded bonus separately from the purchased allocation.

If payment or crediting is unclear#

Check the existing order and refresh Billing before starting another payment. For support, provide the order reference and workspace, not card details. A pending payment or a delayed update should be investigated before duplicating the purchase.

Keep an eye on the balance#

Configure a low-balance notification after checking the newly available balance.
