A Builder may share a private approval link for an automation, one-time work or custom work. Opening that link lets you review the proposal; it does not accept it.

Before deciding#

  1. Open the current approval link and sign in if required.
  2. Choose the personal or organization workspace that should pay for Production.
  3. Read the work name, Builder identity, authorized models, network prices and Builder surcharge.
  4. Check the displayed estimate and its assumptions. It is an illustration of planned usage, not an immediate charge.
  5. Accept only after confirming the models and surcharge, or decline if the proposal is not correct.

Organization approval#

Organization Owners and Admins can make the decision for their workspace. If you lack authority, ask the appropriate person to review the original request instead of approving it through a different account.

What happens next#

After client acceptance, the work enters ShareAI review before Production can run. Staging remains the Builder’s testing environment. Follow the status in Subscriptions & Commitments.

Approval links can expire or be regenerated. If the page says the request is no longer current, ask the Builder for the latest link or open the latest proposal from Billing. A decision applies to the version shown for review.

Keep the record#

Use Activity & Decisions to review the recorded decision. Do not share the private approval link publicly or include API secrets when discussing the quote.
