Review changes to models and surcharge

A running client-work integration can receive a proposal to change its authorized models or Builder surcharge. Review this as a new decision, even if you already accepted the original work.

Review the proposal#

1. Open Billing → Subscriptions & Commitments → Needs review.
2. Open the work and find Terms change request.
3. Compare the current and proposed model lists and surcharge.
4. Read the note and response deadline.
5. Add a decision note if useful, then explicitly accept or decline.

While a proposal is pending#

Production continues under the current accepted terms. The proposal itself does not change the authorization. A decline keeps the current terms and records your decision.

After acceptance#

The supported client-work flow updates the authorized models on both work keys and the Production surcharge. Reopen the work and inspect the current state and Activity & Decisions. Use Usage to inspect subsequent recorded consumption.

If the proposal changed#

Refresh and review the latest version before deciding. Do not rely on an earlier screenshot, message or expired link to determine which terms you are approving.
